2-night weekend package

Rent our lovely townhome at Loon Mountain for a fabulous weekend retreat. Choose from Friday or Saturday check-in (subject to availability).

3-night midweek package

Head to the White Mountains for a quick three night escape from the ordinary. A perfect way for skiiers to zip through lift lines or tourists to sample the foliage. Choose from Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday check-in (subject to availability). Go ahead. You deserve it!

7-night super-saver package

Our most popular package for ski trips and summer vacations. Staying at our Loon Mountain condo for a full 7 nights is our most economical option available. Choose from Saturday or Sunday check-in (subject to availability).

Our townhouse at the Village of Loon is available for rental year-round. From skiing and snowboarding in the winter to leaf-peeping and hiking in the summer, Loon mountain and Lincoln, New Hampshire offer plenty of fun and things to do attractions year-round. Winter (December 15th — March 31st) Winter is always lively in Lincoln, NH, and the best time catch peak ski conditions at Loon Mountain. Loon offers 2,109 vertical feet of downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, and ski school for little ones. Looking for variety? With 2,100 vertical feet, nearby Canon mountain is also a great place to ski or snowboard. Canon has an 80-person aerial tramway which speeds you 4,180 feet to the summit in eight minutes. Because the winter season at Loon is so popular for skiing and snowboarding, we recommend that you reserve your vacation at our Village of Loon townhome well in advance of your stay. Spring (April 1st — June 8th) Spring is one of the most affordable times to stay at our townhouse. After the ski season at Loon Mountain winds down, the warming temperatures in the valley welcome back mountain bikers, hikers, rock climbers and sight-seers. Springtime in the White Mountains of New Hampshire is characterized by budding trees and beautiful rushing rivers and waterfalls. Best of all, spring in the Loon Mountain/Lincoln NH area is the best time of year to appreciate the natural beauty of the surroundings — without the traffic and crowds. And Loon offers plenty of rainy day activities too. Go shopping, have a massage, take a scenic tour, or just relax in one of the jacuzzis in the on-site swim club. Feel like just relaxing in the room? Our condo offers a warm and cozy fireplace and a breathtaking living room view of Loon Mountain. Summer (June 9th — August 31st) It's no mystery that the summer months in the White Mountain region of New Hampshire are so popular with vacationers. Loon Mountain offers scenic gondola rides up to the mountain's summit where you can explore one of the many glacial caves. Loon and nearby Canon mountain are covered with cross-country and trails for mountain biking. Bring your bicycle or rent a bike right from the recreation center. Choose from sightseeing, touring the Kancamagus, attending a Loon Mountain festival, horseback riding, and so much more. With so many White Mountain region activities and attractions, it's no wonder that New Hampshire's White Mountain region is a must-see summer destination for vacationers worldwide. Early Fall (September 1st — October 19th) As late summer temperatures start to cool, so do the crowds! Many argue that September is the best time to enjoy the quieter side of New Hampshire's White Mountains. With kids back in school, many of the surrounding family-oriented attractions remain open weekends only (or close altogether). September at Loon Mountain provide some well-deserved downtime between the summer crowds and impending leaf-peepers. Late September through mid-October brings a spectacular burst of fall color. You'll be astounded by the rich mountainscapes exploding into beautiful reds, oranges, and yellows as you drive along Lincoln's Kancamagus Highway. Payment & Terms

Security Deposit

All vacation packages at our Townhome at the Village of Loon Mountain require a $400 security deposit in order to confirm your reservation. Please note that your reservation for stay at our condo at the Village of Loon is not confirmed until your security deposit has been received. Once we receive your deposit, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a major credit card bearing the renter's full name. Return of security deposit and rental fee due to cancellation is the sole discretion of the owner.

Cleaning Fee

All guests will be charged an addtional $100 to cover the cost of professional cleaning and changing of linens. This charge is not included in the rates listed above.

Rental Terms

Smoking and pets are prohibited in the condo. Full terms can be found in the final rental agreement.

Check-in & directions

You may check in to the condo anytime after 4 pm. Check-out time is 10 am or earlier. Our Village of Loon Mountain map page will provide you with driving directions from anywhere.
